Sucks to imagine it has been a week since the greatest artist of ALL TIME suddenly left us. Prince was the first artist I’ve ever known and admired. At the tender age of 3, Tim burton’s #batman1989 film introduced me to #Prince making me an instant fan. Throughout the years, I followed his music. However, what made him extraordinary is not so much his second to none work ethic. Instead, his artistic charisma wasn’t going to be compromised by any means. As a black kid growing up, he demonstrated to us to conquer our aesthetic, break boundaries and always be a student of your craft. I can’t thank him enough for that. Just truly glad to live in a lifetime where someone as great as him existed. If I ever him beforehand.. Suffice to say, knowing him through his music will last through eternity! #restinpurple ☔️
